ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD!!! They try to swindle you in believing they can get your carpet cleaned with their great products and up charges for less then 30 minutes of actual carpet cleaning!!

Look at this! 5 hours after we had our dining room cleaned. Still smells like urine and all those stains!!! For $226!!!

Tried to contact a manager for unsatisfied service and they just send out the same tec to re do the work!! Everything is a lie. No you can not get your money back like the website states for unsatisfied job!!! Be careful!!!

They pre-tray to be the best!!! Which is not true! I have recordings and video! I suggest you find somewhere else to go.

Dont be another victim. They charge ridiculous prices for *** work!!

We were told the none of the water solution from the carpets would get on the hardwood floors but when the guy left each bedroom to go out into the main area to move the machine around he walked around in wet socks all over and whatever chemicals were used has damaged my wood floors. When I damp mop you can see his sock prints all over the floor and I have pictures to prove it.

Also turns out that the price they tell you on the phone - isnt the real price - ends up being over double so of course after seeing all these reviews that talk about that I realize that is just a big scam. Maybe some of the workers that work for this company actually care about what they do but the guy that they sent to do our carpet was absolutely somebody you definitely wont even want in your home cleaning anything - we were moving everything into our house four days later so were kind of stuck in a hard place - we shouldve just told the guy to leave.

I called and got a quote of $130 to clean my 5 piece sectional sofa. Nick in truck one showed up on time however gave me a few different prices we were able to settle on a price but it ended up being more than double.

My first reaction was to send him away he explained to me the prices and prices and I reluctantly agreed. I have to say the reviews had me on edge but I seen this man do a darn good job working hard the whole time he really did an excellent job and took his time. It ended up being worth it my sofa is big and on the expensive side and it was pretty fithy he brought it back to life. I was amazed at this guy's work ethic and energy he did a great job.

I was a bit hesitant he's a great salesman no doubt but he is respectful hardworking and professional. This sofa looks great he cleared out and cleaned up after himself I would absolutely recommend this guy ask for truck 1 the nationwide reviews don't do this company justice but seriously I am surprised and satisfied no buyers remorse no complaints thanks truck 1/Nick

On the phine I was quoted $189 but in person my bill came out to be $275. They make you pay BEFORE the job is done which is SHADY! Oh but then comes the ILLEGAL PART. You think you're just signing your name on their electronic pad to approve your debit card transaction but no, they use that signature to attach on a ILLEGAL & BOGUS contract which states you the homeowner will not hold them accountable for damage to your home or theft!!!! Who would ever agree to that? The service guys equipment let out a foul offensive smelling odor that filled my house, my carpet now smells like a dirty wet mop and it didnt prior to , he didn't clean inside of my closets and the carpet is still dirty! I called about 3 days later and hot a manager who called himself "John" who told me there was nothing they could do because it was past their 24 hour warranty period ( which I knew nothing about) He was rude and unprofessional . I told him I was not in the habit of giving away free money to companies. He finally agreed to send someone out and they STOOD ME UP TWICE. Finally a service guy shows up and tells me he was just there to look at the carpet and he AGREED that it didn't look like the carpet had been cleaned and the spits should have come out. He said he would report his findings to the manager . I talked to the manager moments after the service guy left and told him to refund my money OR come do the entire job again!. He said they do not issue refunds but would do the job again. Two days later they arrive at 4:20 for my 1pm appointment with a SCRUB BRUSH AND SPRAY BOTTLE and tell me he was instructed to get rid of the spots and not do the entire job again. I was livid, I called the company but they failed to take my calls or return them. At that point I did what ALL CONSSUMERS should do when they've been robbed by a company for services not rendered. I disputed the charge with my bank, I also went online to file complaints with the States Attorney General Office Consumer Affairs Division, tge Better Business Bureau And local news outlet. They robbed the wrong woman this time!

Carlsbad California. Quoted me one price on phone $59 for sanitize and steam one bedroom. Tech would quote me to steam clean a marble tile bathroom about 4 x4 We have no pets, no stains, room an occasional guest room. Techs arrived and would only shampoo for $64. They quoted a minimum of $700 to a max of $1000 to steam tile and 8 steps. When we did not want any service they insisted that they were due a service call!! They obviously low ball and then try to upsell all the ads ons like “sanitize” “ deodorize “. Ridiculous. Don’t they realize new carpet and tile would be less? Or maybe they think we’re just that stupid we will buckle under their pressure. They advertise as the zero residue company but nothing on their estimate shows any affiliation with Zerorez.

Reading all of the reviews I wish I knew then what I know now! Waste of TIME!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable! My fiancé scheduled an appointment with them at 3 pm! It is now 10 after 6 pm and not a word from them! He has called several times to leave a voicemail.

We haven’t received any communication from this company whatsoever. Based on the reviews on here I see we are not the only ones who have been stood up. They are the most unprofessional cleaning company I have ever heard of! I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

This is why I personally prefer to go by word of mouth when using companies for the first time. We are new to the area and this company seemed like the way to go.. boy were we wrong! I am so glad we did not pay upfront.

I read a review where a woman stated she needed her carpets cleaned for a house viewing and she was stood up by these so called cleaners.

I hate to hear that! We are DONE!

Can’t find any information on this carpet cleaning company!!! They came in said they have to do a sample cleaning couldn’t understand the guy at all. Three rooms for $50 what is the deal. They said it would take $150 to do the rooms because the light color carpet was a little bit dirty. I said no then they came back so they had to call the boss and said they can do it for 80 bucks I said no again $50 for three rooms is the deal. They told me don’t walk on the carpets for two hours. 24 hours later my carpets are still wet not completely dry I feel like they just soaked him and I could’ve done a better job renting a machine at the grocery store myself!!!!

After confirming a $49.00 cleaning with the main office scheduling of my entire one bedroom apartment the guy showed up and tried to do a test. I told him that I did not need a test and that the dirt was only from regular traffic and that I do not have any stains other than from walking back and forth from regular wear on the carpet. He then tried to up charge me on a $700.00 special chemical treatment and I refused and he then tried to sell me a $300.00 job to no avail I refused. I expressed firmly that I only want the $49.00 as falsely advertised. He told me that he would not do it for $49.00 and that he had to at least charge me an additional $25.00 to clean the hallways to my surprise. I gave in and let him do it given that I really wanted my carpet cleaned. After starting the job he was finished in ten minutes which I thought was fast and weird self conscientiously in the back of my mind at the time but I let it go. The next day after it dried I could see the very dirty streaks of the areas of which he did not hit at all with his machine through out the entire apartment. It was a horrible job with clean streaks along with the dirty streaks right next to one another. I called the so called complaints department and sent her the photos which was clear proof of my complaint and spoke to a lady called Sima, which is probably not her real name. She ignored the pics and was faulting me for refusing the $700.00 job and told me to do what I have to do and that they were not refunding my money nor coming back to actually clean my carpet. The receipt does not have an actual address nor is there an address for them on the internet. This company should be put out of business and jailed for theft, DO NOT HIRE THEM, I can not stress this enough. I only wish that I had checked them out before I lost my $75.00. Please do not make the same mistake.

The advertising says if you are not satisfied, you don’t pay. That is not the truth. They charge your card prior to doing any work. Their work is awful. I called the company while the guy was still in my home because what he promised he could do did not happen. He was supposed to clean two rooms, but only put an effort into one. After I told him I was not happy with the first room he did minimal work in the second room and left. He sent me an email with pictures that did not look anything like my carpets and the lighting was clearly different in the before and after pictures. I emailed and called the company immediately and was told they do not refund any money, and they will get paid even if the guy did not do any work, all he has to do is show up. They offered to come out to clean the carpets again, but the day of they called an hour prior and I wasn’t able to answer the phone because I was at work. I called back 2 minutes later and no one answer. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, but no one ever returned my call or showed up. They did not attempt to reschedule or make this right. I contacted my financial institution to dispute the charge, but their terms would not allow for that. You are better off going with a different company because you will end up paying them and someone else to have your carpets cleaned to your satisfaction. This company should be ashamed of themselves for their false advertisement and immoral business practices.

Rep came to home with faulty equipment and half did the job. When I called him on the poor job he went to get a part for the machine and called back and said he can return within 48 hours and refused to give me my money back, Legal had to get involved before I could get my money back for service NOT rendered!!

Jan. 11, 2019, charged me $200.00 plus (4 rooms) for carpet cleaning. Next day after carpets dried could not tell anyone had been here. Just everyday smudging and walk-in dirt still there. I worked on a couple of areas myself with a cloth and just store-bought carpet cleaner - came up beautifully. Had placed a call to We Clean Carpet. While I was spot cleaning myself, someone called; I told him what I thought of his products (NOT) and that I was cleaning easy spots myself that should have come clean with the cleaning job. He said call me back tomorrow when I was finished spot cleaning. (

) The young man who did the work was nice but he can only do so much with the *** products his company gives him to work with. Charged me extra to spray from a bottle the equivalent to Scotch Guard - worthless. Started to write this report Jan. 12 - got side tracked. Just saw the charge come thru on my bill - got mad all over again and do every time I walk thru my house and see my filthy carpets. Sears has done a wonderful job in the past. I am retired - cannot afford another $200.00+ for quite a while now to get the job done right.

First of all they came out and cleaned 3 rooms, a set of stairs and a hallway in LESS than 2 hours! How is that possible? When I pointed out my areas of concern I was advised that those were "high traffic" areas and would not be as clean. INTERESTING but after the carpet dried I noticed that they basically didn't do anything. Basically vacuumed my home. I called to discuss this with a manager he called and CLAIMED he would call me right back. NEVER DID and whenever I called back the receptionist kept hanging up on me and saying that I was the one hanging up on her. A LIE!!!! Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS SORRY *** COMPANY!!!!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!

I wished I had read your post before I allowed these people into my place. First of all the driver was 30 mins late for the appointment...

smelled like he drank his breakfast and lunch...talked mostly about his past careers and what his future career hopes were. Then to top it off... the old bait and switch was in full effect. They said the one room that I had would be $49.50...

the apartment was new and the traffic areas pretty clean... they wanted to charge me an additional $50.00 to do a “deep clean” for one 12’ x 12’ room not including the closet. I told him absolutely not. These people are terrible.

When I tried calling the office back ... I got the same as you.... they hung up on me 4 times.

Koo-Koo for Coco Puffs. Never again.

Upcharged for no real reason and said they would get the muck out of the wooden floor slates. Absolutely did nothing to the wooden floor but left it all wet. Then the carpet was left wet and smelled terrible for days afterwards. I really don't think they're legit at all. We recleaned it ourselves one month later and the dirt that came out was like it had never been cleaned a month before. Will never use again.
